Made without Gluten Ltd

Made Without Gluten Ltd serves only gluten free foods out of a very pink van. We specialize in
gluten free fish and chips that we serve with tartare sauce, a slice of lemon and a little garnish. We
also serve a variety of lovely pies some of which are vegetarian. Our beef burgers and sausages are
made for us by our local butcher and contain no fillers or rusks, our pudding option is sticky toffee
pudding with Roddas clotted cream and we serve loose leaf tea from the Teahouse Emporium, Bath
that we hand fill into our own teabags. We serve infused water that has real lemons, limes and mint
in it.
We believe that we are the only event and private party traditional catering mobile van to be
completely gluten free and we are very proud of it. Our aim has been always been to cook food that
is as good or better than its gluten containing equivalent and we are of the opinion that we have
achieved this.
